MHA Lighting further expands operations with new appointments.

AWARD-winning LED specialist MHA Lighting has today appointed a production planner to help manage the rapid expansion of its production operations.
John Cole, 33, joins Atherton-based MHA Lighting, from Innovative Technology Ltd where he was production controller for more than ten years.
His appointment comes as the company takes on a number of new starters to help support and accelerate its ambitious expansion plans.
In recent weeks MHA Lighting has recruited a communications manager, a customer service manager, a sales consultant, a customer services and sales co-ordinator and a number of production staff.
It has also won new orders from Greater Manchester Police, the NHS and a global pharmaceutical giant.
John, who lives in Oldham, said: “It is a very exciting time to be joining MHA Lighting. It is a company that is going places and attracting new business at a breath-taking rate.
“I am part of a growing team of key individuals who have been recruited for their talent and expertise to ensure that the business continues to move forward.
“As the company further expands I will manage the production processes to ensure productivity is maximised and the operation is as streamlined as possible. Modular systems are being put in place to ensure long term scalability.”

MHA Lighting now employs almost 40 people at the company’s headquarters in Atherton, Greater Manchester. The company has also set up a permanent base in Brisbane, Australia, to help develop the market for their unique lighting technology Down Under.
