Data analytics firm Peak needed a PR campaign to announce that it had secured £2.5m in Series A funding from London-based venture capitalist MMC Ventures. The founders of the tech start-up were keen to use the announcement as a platform to tell ‘the Peak story’ to the region’s key media.
We implemented an agile programme of PR activity to communicate the news, coordinating with MMC’s financial PR, while maximising regional and trade exposure with a targeted media release, interviews and bespoke articles. We also fed into ongoing social media activity to increase awareness of the company and drive customers to the website.
