Central Chippenham Partnership

Overview

In May 2012, Active Profile was appointed by Ashtenne Industrial Fund and Aberdeen Property UK Retail Park Fund, to develop and deliver a brand and communications strategy, as well as a strategic stakeholder and public consultation programme.

We worked with the team to develop the ‘Central Chippenham Partnership’ (CCP), bringing together the two owners of a 52 acre development site in Chippenham. Taking into account the individual brand guidelines for both Ashtenne and Aberdeen, we devised an eye catching branding for the CCP, using different colour pallets for community and commercial audiences.

To assist in the stakeholder and public consultation, we produced a host of marketing material and adverts as well as an interactive website, which acted as a forum for feedback with interactive polls, where people could express their views.

Throughout the campaign, we also supported CCP through PR, issuing regular news stories and securing positive press coverage in key titles. Our proactive media strategy enabled CCP to gain the valuable support of the local media in the early stages of the campaign, opening up the channels of communication with the community.
