Following a referral from a friendly contact, Pozzoni invited us to provide our recommendations for a PR strategy for the Manchester and London based practice. After winning the four-way competitive pitch, we were appointed in January 2015.

We wanted to really get under the skin of the practice to devise a positioning framework and key messages for the business. So straight away we carried out a series of brand positioning exercises with a cross section of the team. This process also allowed us to understand the wider business strategy, so that we could develop tailored marketing plans for each sector in line with their individual business plans and objectives.

We worked closely with each sector to generate a time line of key project milestones, something which we continue to do today. We also support on the submission of award entries and provide social media guidance to attract new followers and generate engagement with key influencers.

Having recently rebranded, a new website was a big requirement for Pozzoni so we also stepped into a project management role to oversee the design process from beginning to end.
