Pall Mall is a £200-million regeneration project delivering 400,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district.

The joint venture of Kier Property (North), CTP and Liverpool City Council appointed Active Profile in 2017 to arrange and deliver early consultation events for local people, businesses and stakeholders. In May 2018, we were also appointed to handle the PR for the scheme.

An event strategy was put in to place, working closely with Kier Property’s PR team in London and two events were delivered over two days in Liverpool. We produced all associated materials including feedback forms and FAQ documents and provided a full review of the events and statistics to be added into the Statement of Community Consultation.
We then arranged additional third-party events to continue to tell the story of the scheme and the developers, with further consultation events and a targeted PR strategy to raise awareness of the scheme also planned.
100% of people who attended the events said they supported regeneration for Liverpool City Centre, with 96% of attendees having lived and/or worked in the local area.
The developers are now planning further consultation events to push the scheme forward.
