Six months into its relationship with Active Profile’s growth marketing team, artificial intelligence (AI) company Peak turned to the PR team to develop a campaign that would integrate with its existing inbound marketing activity and support its ambitions to disrupt the retail sector with data.

STRENGTHENING OUR BRAND AND PROFILING OUR OFFERING HAS SIGNIFICANTLY BOOSTED OUR FOLLOWING AND VISITORS TO THE WEBSITE, WHICH IN TURN, HAS GENERATED EVEN MORE EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES TO TALK ABOUT OUR INNOVATIVE AI SYSTEM.
Already acknowledged in its home city of Manchester – the largest tech cluster outside of London – as ‘one to watch’, Peak wanted to spread the word about its innovative AI-as-a- service model nationally and internationally through a target- ed profiling and media relations campaign. Working closely with the growth marketing team,
the PR team has delivered a programme of activity including press releases, reactive and proactive comments, speaking opportunities and awards. The result so far is traditional PR impact delivered in line with agile, inbound methodologies.
We secured over 50 pieces of media coverage for Peak in regional, business, trade and international publications, half of which have back links to the Peak website and that, together, have reached more than 150 million people. We’ve secured thought leadership features for CEO Richard Potter in national and international business titles like Forbes, BBC Breakfast, Daily Express, The Times and Raconteur.
We’ve also supported with 10 award entries, including four wins and three shortlists to date. Wins have included the GP Bullhound Tech 100, and the judges award for Innovation.
